What the work covers

From a single network point to a whole building, installed to a standard and documented so the next engineer can work on it without tracing cable by hand.

GSM masts and communication towers

Erection and installation of communication masts and towers, and the mounting of antennas, dishes and wireless equipment on them, for operators, ISPs and private sites needing height to reach a signal.

Questions, pricing and support

Can you work around us while the office stays open?

Yes, most cabling work is planned around your operating hours, working in sections or after hours where the building genuinely cannot pause, which the site survey confirms before work starts.

What does the documentation you hand over actually include?

A labelled plan of every cable run and network point, so a point can be traced from the wall socket back to the switch it connects to without opening a wall or a ceiling to find out.

Is it worth fixing cabling that already works, just messily?

Often yes, since unstructured cabling that works today is what makes the next fault slow and expensive to trace. We inspect and quote honestly, including telling you if what you have is fine as it is.

Do we need approval before erecting a mast?

Depending on height and location, structures can attract planning and aviation requirements. The survey identifies what applies to your site before anything is built, since this is not something to discover after the foundation is poured.

Can you add equipment to a tower we already have?

Yes, provided the structure can carry it. That is checked before anything is mounted - loading an existing tower beyond what it was specified for is how masts come down in high wind.

How is lightning protection handled?

Earthing and bonding are part of every installation and are tested before handover, with the results documented. The equipment at the base of an unearthed tower is what a strike destroys, and it is far more expensive than the earthing.

What the work covers

Priced per point and per metre of cable run, confirmed at the site survey. Rework of existing cabling is quoted after an inspection.

Every point is tested before sign off, and the documentation handed over at completion is what makes a future fault fast to diagnose, by us or by another engineer. Call the support line for a point that has stopped working or cabling that needs extending.

GSM masts and communication towers

Quoted per structure after the survey. Height, structure type, ground conditions and site access are the drivers, and access is the one clients least expect - a site a concrete truck cannot reach changes the foundation method and the cost with it. Regulatory and aviation requirements, where they apply, are identified at survey and quoted separately.

Towers need periodic inspection rather than attention only when something falls. Guy tension, corrosion, fixings and earthing continuity all change over time, and scheduled inspection catches them while they are still maintenance. Earthing test results from handover are the baseline every later inspection is measured against.
