Careers

Join a team that certifies its work

We hire people who would rather do it once, properly, and hand over the evidence.

Why join us

Build a career on work you can stand behind

We train people properly, put them on real projects, and expect every site to be left better than it was found.

  • Own the whole job

See an installation through from survey to handover, not one fragment of it.

  • Training that counts

Learn fibre, security and power systems alongside people who hold the certifications.

  • Safety on every site

Proper tools, protective kit and procedures, on every job.

  • Work across Kenya

Homes, estates, schools, hotels and offices, with a team that knows the ground.

Vacancies

We are not hiring right now

There are no open roles at the moment. Good people are always worth hearing from, so send us your CV and tell us what you do.

  • We keep every CV we receive on file.
  • When a role opens that fits, we look there first.
  • New roles appear on this page as soon as they open.

How we hire

Four steps from application to first day

  1. Step 1

    Apply online

Choose a role and send your CV through its page. A confirmation reaches you straight away.

  2. Step 2

    We read it

The team the role sits in reviews every application against the role.

  3. Step 3

    Interview and practical

A conversation, and for field roles a short practical on the tools you would use.

  4. Step 4

    Offer and induction

A written offer, then induction on safety, standards and how we document our work.

How to apply

Send us your CV and what you have built

Applications are by email. Send your CV, and name the role in the subject line so it reaches the right engineer. If you have certifications, splice records or as-built drawings from work you are proud of, send those too - on this team the evidence is the point.

Not seeing your role

Send your CV and tell us what you do. We would rather hear from a good engineer early than advertise for one later.
