For the truest reading, test near the router and pause other downloads first.

Ping: How long your device waits for a reply. Lower is better.
Download: How quickly data reaches you. Streaming, browsing, downloads.
Upload: How quickly you send data out. Calls, backups, large files.

Slower than it should be? Tell us what you measured and we will look into it. The test is by OpenSpeedTest, which sees your IP address and device while it runs; we do not record your result.
