What this is
Round the clock surveillance for homes, offices, warehouses, retail shops, schools and gated estates. We install and configure CCTV systems that you can monitor from your phone wherever you are, with footage stored for review when you need it.
A camera on a wall is not a system on its own. What decides whether footage is actually useful when something happens is where each camera sits, what it can see at night, how long footage is kept before it is overwritten, and whether the system still records when the internet drops. We design around those questions before we mount anything, rather than fitting cameras to the corners of the building that are easiest to reach.
Cameras run on either cloud storage, a local recorder on site, or both together. Cloud gives you footage even if the recorder is stolen or damaged; a local recorder keeps working through an internet outage and costs nothing month to month. Most homes and small offices are well served by one or the other; a property with multiple entrances or a legal reason to keep long term footage usually wants both.

How it works
From first call to handover
Site survey to map blind spots and decide camera positions
System design covering camera count, storage and remote access
Installation and cable routing, concealed where the building allows it
Configuration of remote viewing and recording, tested with you before we leave
Handover with a walkthrough of the app and where footage is stored
Pricing
How this is billed
Priced per camera after the site survey, since the number of cameras, the cable run and the storage option chosen all change the total. The survey is where we confirm blind spots and give you a fixed quote before any work starts.
After installation
Support and servicing
Cameras and recorders are covered by the manufacturer warranty on the equipment, and our team services what we install. If a camera stops recording, drops offline, or footage looks wrong, call the support line on the footer and we will diagnose the fault, remotely first where that is possible and on site where it is not.
Questions
What people ask before booking
- Do the cameras keep recording if my internet goes down?
- Yes, if you have a local recorder on site. It records to its own storage regardless of your internet connection, and simply cannot be viewed remotely until the connection is back. Cloud-only systems stop recording during an outage, which is why we recommend local storage as at least part of the setup.
- How long is footage kept before it is overwritten?
- It depends on the storage size you choose and how many cameras are recording at once, and we work this out with you at the survey based on how far back you would realistically need to look. Two to four weeks is typical for a local recorder on a standard household system.
- Can I add more cameras later?
- Yes. Most recorders are installed with spare channels, and we design the initial system knowing a client often adds a camera or two once they see what the coverage actually looks like on site.
